I’m a distiller seeking to forage coastal botanicals for development of a Cumbrian coastal gin.
I have worked with marsh samphire, sea aster, sea buckthorn and sea purslane before and wondered if you’re able to either supply these and other similar plants I can sample distil or train and show me where on the Solway I can find them.
